There are different ways our team can design your man cave depending on your likes and preferences. Every man cave should include a type of gaming or entertainment favourite. Different themes suit different people and we have experience installing various styles and designs. Pictured is a small putting green in a garden in Wales we installed outside of a man cave. Inside there is a home bar, which although not quite the 19th hole, still a decent place to hang out with friends after putting.

Building Standards

Every one of our garden annexes is fully signed off and built to BS3632 standards. Warm, safe and total peace of mind for your annex.

Electrics & Plumbing

No need to find your own electrician because we’ve got it covered. Lighting, heating and 20 meters of connection come as standard.

We include 10m of water and soil connection as standard. We install soft close toilet seats, low profile shower trays and showers in every annex.

Planning Permission

Your own specialist annex planning consultant, as standard. Planning permission is included in the cost of our garden annexes and rooms.

GARDEN ROOMS 2024 PRICING

Since our services are bespoke, the pricing can vary based on individual customer preferences. However, we have developed a general guide for cost per square meter, keeping in mind that these prices do not include additional elements like groundwork or decking.

For Garden Rooms, the starting price is £2,075 plus VAT per square meter, with a minimum area of 9 square meters. This includes all electrics, insulation, composite cladding, Malmo flooring, a fibreglass roof, and decorative wall boards.

It’s important to remember that these figures are starting points, and the final cost will depend on the specific requirements and customizations you choose.
